We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Auditor - Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management with a background in operational Internal Audits, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and SOX in the Fintech or Software industry. As part of our Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management team, you will be responsible for operational audits of business processes, SOX 404 testing, ERM, and Fraud Risk Assessment activities. Your role involves conducting fieldwork, documenting testing, and preparing audit findings for reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities for the Senior Auditor - Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management

• Plan and execute operational internal audit projects based on professional practice standards.
• Assist in managing SOX 404 compliance, annual IA plan, and Enterprise Risk Assessment.
• Contribute to risk identification and assessment, as well as the development of ERM and Fraud Risk Management programs.
• Analyze existing documentation, data, and processes, and evaluate internal controls and compliance with policies.
• Perform audit test procedures and incorporate data analytics and automation technologies.
• Prepare clear and concise workpapers and offer meaningful recommendations for process improvement.
• Collaborate with business partners and address control gaps through action plans.
• Participate in special projects and promote an ethical and risk-aware culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline.
• Previous experience in internal or external audit (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of business processes in the software industry.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify issues, and provide practical solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience with SOX business processes and tools like RPA and AI is a plus.
• Familiarity with Visio, SOXHub, NetSuite, Workday HCM, Slack, and GSuite.
