Credit Operations Manager

Global digitalized and localized financial services company is looking for a Credit Operations Manager that will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of group investments and business verticals. This professional will be responsible for disbursements, collections, assets & liabilities management, LMS, collaterals and contract monitoring. He/She will also collaborate with other affiliates of international group entities.

What You Will Do

  • This role will be responsible for servicing the investments after disbursement until the end of our relationship with the client.
  • Responsible for maintaining updated information across all platforms and systems, including Loan Management System.
  • Prepare on monthly basis detailed information and reports about portfolio composition and performance.
  • Responsible for disbursements and collections related to investments.
  • Monitor and control the contractual obligations of each investee under each facility. Keep historical records and reports regarding the performance of each investment.
  • Maintain control and balance of assets and liabilities in balance sheet in coordination with Finance Department.
  • Acting as Control Desk for all Investments Operations.
  • Responsible for documents vault.
  • Responsible for safeguarding collateral received from clients.
  • Responsible for the development of dashboard and control tools to monitor OKRs across the company.
  • Maintain our corporate legal file updated and secured.
  • Implement and support the adoption of a new Loan Management System.
  • Manage any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

You must have:

  • At least 7-year experience at operations / back-office related to Financial Services.
  • Start-up” mentality you will need to be a self-starter, self-learner & self-contributor and a team player mentality.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English for reading, listening, writing & speaking (English - C1).
  • University Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or related.
  • Successful track record handling multiple tasks and stakeholders at the same time.

Preferred:

  • Experience in setting up new systems in the organization.
  • Loan Management Systems / ERP knowledge.
  • Master’s degree in related areas
  • Knowledge about the Mexican Financial System.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365, including Power BI, Teams, Lists, etc.
