A well-established global company that specializes in the production and distribution of spices, herbs, seasonings, and flavorings is seeking a highly motivated and skilled FP&A Analyst for their operation in Mexico.

The company is currently in search of a highly motivated and proficient FP&A Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Commercial Finance department. This position will involve the responsibility of presenting financial results to corporate stakeholders, including the General Manager, making it imperative for the candidate to possess advanced English language skills for effective communication and presentation.

Key responsibilities for the FP&A Analyst include:

• Preparing and delivering corporate-level presentations, elucidating variations, conducting in-depth gross margin analysis, and gaining a profound understanding of key components of the Profit and Loss statement (P&L).
• Consolidating financial data efficiently utilizing the Oracle TM1 platform.
• Conducting thorough cost analysis and crafting compelling narratives to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as Pricing, SKU Planning, Budgeting, and Innovation, to collect essential data and comprehend cost discrepancies.
• Offering valuable insights and monitoring financial performance.
• Maintaining close collaboration with a Senior Analyst responsible for pricing and SKU planning, as well as another team member specializing in budgeting and innovation.
• Providing support to stakeholders within the Commercial Finance division and actively participating in the dissemination of information to diverse clients.

Qualifications for the FP&A Analyst position include:

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Proficiency in the English language, especially in communication and presentation.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with the capability to convey complex financial information effectively.
• A results-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
• Proficiency in Oracle TM1 is considered an advantageous asset.
