Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Research and Development Specialist with a focus on sausage manufacturing (Sr R&D: Sausage, Ham or Poultry Product manufacturing). This role is perfect for an individual with a strong background in the meat industry, specifically in research and development. The successful candidate will have excellent practical skills in sausage, ham, and other meat and poultry product manufacturing, coupled with theoretical knowledge of pilot plant operations. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, as well as exceptional social skills.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Research and Development Specialist focusing on sausage manufacturing, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's product development forward. You will also establish quality standards for our meat products and ensure we comply with all food industry regulations.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in driving innovation and improving existing products. A deep understanding of elements of Mexican cuisine is also required.
