Junior Buyer

A Junior Buyer is needed to support the Senior Purchasing Manager in steel and raw material procurement, order tracking, and supplier management. This role offers professional development and growth within the purchasing area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in procurement and follow-up of purchase orders, ensuring timelines and quality standards.

• Coordinate with suppliers under the supervision of the Senior Buyer.

• Maintain inventory records, purchase documentation, and order tracking.

• Participate in market analysis and identification of alternative or complementary suppliers.

• Support reporting and KPIs for strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with operations to ensure timely supply and project support.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in purchasing, supplier management, or materials administration.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Intermediate English desirable.

• Organized, quick learner, and motivated for professional development.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

• Availability for occasional supplier visits or trade fairs.
