As a System Validation Engineer (focused in Electronics Quality department) you will play a crucial role in the development and launch of the products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Location: Coahuila, Saltillo

General Project Tasks
• Plan and perform the activities related to System Validation Engineer & Leader and Hardware Verification Engineer & Leader, Electronics Project Development (Industry: Automotive)

Technical Project Tasks

SVL:
• Review STK requirements specific to SYS Qualification Test process area, in order to include them during Qualification Test design
• Definition of System Integration / System Qualification / HW Verification Against Design Test related tasks for the release, and correct alignment with the project schedule and with the System Design area for the functionalities/Requirements to be included in the release.
• Review the Lessons Learned applicable for system validation from previous projects
• Review and creation of project risks affected to system validation
• Define, estimate duration, monitor and align the tasks with the project schedule and design areas, inside a loop
• Define System Integration / System Qualification / HW Verification Against Design Test Plan (integration strategy, integration test strategy including regression test strategy with test selection)
• Generate reports
• Test plan technical review from other projects

SVE(SYS.4/SYS.5 funtional/HWE.4)
• Review stakeholders requirements specific for System Integration / System Qualification /HW Verification Against Design and create specific ones
• Analysis/Review of System Architectural Design / System & HW Requirements
• Design specifications of System Integration / System Qualification /HW Verification Against Design Test Cases
• Implement System Integration / System Qualification /HW Verification Against Design Test Cases (test cases code) based on Python / CAPL scripting
• System Integration / System Qualification /HW Verification Against Design setup definition with adequate equipment and correct handling for the exucution
• System Integration / System Qualification /HW Verification Against Design Test execution
• Report defects and support during the defect analysis
• Results reporting
• Test cases, test results technical review from other projects

SVE(SYS.5 reliability):

• Review the input data (customer standards, internal data,…)
• Define test plans for all environmental, electrical, EMC with: validation scope and purpose, Test Strategy, functionalities details: operating modes, functional classes particular for the product , test setup including test mean specification for project specific equipment (control boxes, application, harness)
• Define tests description for all environmental, electrical, EMC
• Test request/communication in internal / external labs
• Test plan and test cases specification technical review from other projects
• Launch test means to suppliers, and perform the acceptance
• Test reports review
• Report defects and support during the defect analysis

Other Project Tasks
• Participate in internal and customer project teams meetings
• Participate in Multifunctional Teams for the required activities (AMFE, Control Plan, process qualification conditions, …)
• Defend the process in an assesment

Relations
• Reports to System Validation Responsible.
• With the rest of the functions of the project teams.
• With Central Laboratory for the validation follow up.
• With STAs to follow up suppliers in the phases of Project Management
• With Quality Engineers from mechanical BUs for correct alignment and support in the validations and manufacturing

About the profile:
Education:
Engineer (Electronics/ Automation and Industrial electronics / Telecommunications)

Experience:
1 - Experience in the automotive sector in a position equivalent to at least 3 years.
2 - Experience as System Validation Engineer and critical development (safety) for automotive systems
3 - Electronic Standards (E.g. Automotive Spice)
