PC&L MANAGER

Our client is seeking a highly skilled PC&L Manager (location: Monterrey) with a strong background in the automotive industry. This role requires an individual who can bring their expertise in SAP, inventory management, and customer service to the table. The ideal candidate will have experience working with key clients such as GM and Tesla, and possess the ability to handle escalations, engineering changes, and quality issues. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of approximately 60 people, overseeing 28 finished products with less than 500 part numbers.
* Experience in Tier 1 of the automotive industry (Mandatory)
* Knowledge of SAP and clear concepts of a PC&L (Production Load Plan)
* Ability to handle out-of-hours meetings, including weekends if necessary
What you'll do:
As a PC&L Manager, your role will be centered around customer service, supervising and coordinating inventories. You will be expected to formalize and lead a team while working in an environment that experiences frequent changes and has high criticality in its processes. Your technical skills will come into play as you understand and manage technicalities related to inventory management, frequencies, and vision management. Your resilience will be tested as you support meetings outside normal working hours, including weekends if necessary.

They are capable of leading meetings effectively, identifying root causes of problems, and demonstrating resilience.
