Jefe de ingeniería

The position of head of engineering will be responsible for all activities related to industrial engineering in the plant and product engineering. There is the possibility that the responsibility is broader, since depending on the experience it could be responsible for the production of the plant as well.

To fill this position, the client is looking for someone with an Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree. Also you will require to have experience and knowledge such as:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; preferably in assembly companies
• Planning production orders
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing
• Management of Solid Works (2D and 3D modeling)
• Basic statistics
• Process indicators
• Project management, Personnel management, Training and development of work teams
• Management of office parcels and use of SAP
• Advanced English
• 6 Sigma
• Advanced troubleshooting methods
