Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Research and Development Specialist (Senior R&D: Bakery) with a strong background in the bakery industry. With your extensive experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and improvement, ensuring the highest quality of products that are tailored to the Latin market. Your excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, coupled with your deep understanding of Mexican cuisine, will be instrumental in this role.


* 10 years of experience in the bakery industry or pilot plant
* Advanced level of English proficiency
* Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine


What you'll do:


As a Senior Research and Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative bakery products tailored to the Latin market. You will leverage your expertise in recipe formulation, product testing, and quality assurance to deliver exceptional products that meet industry regulations. Your role will also involve researching market trends in the meat industry and evaluating suppliers to ensure top-quality ingredients. * Formulate recipes and applications considering aspects such as flavour, texture, nutrition and presentation adapted to the Latin market
* Drive innovation and improvement of existing products

* Ensure compliance with food industry regulations for all products
* Evaluate suppliers and raw materials to ensure the quality of ingredients
* Research market trends in the meat industry
