This role is also responsible for embedding a monthly S&OP meeting to align a consensus plan with Sales, Marketing, and Finance and contribute to improving KPIs such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and customer fill rate.
Main Responsabilites as S&OP FMCG:
- Lead monthly S&OP meeting with Planning, Commercial, Finance and Senior Management to drive insight and visibility that enabled them to increase sales and capitalize on opportunities identified.
- Lead the demand planning team to develop statistical and consensus sales forecast by customer, cluster, and country level considering sell-in and sell-out for mature/regular customers.
- Lead the demand planning team to develop statistical and consensus sales forecast by customer, cluster, country level for new customers.
- Provide insights and guidance to the commercial, marketing and demand planning team during the consensus forecast meetings with countries.
- Embed process improvements across the Demand Planning Team.
- Re-establish and drive a successful S&OP FMCG process for LATAM & Mexico City including marketing activity review, demand review, supply review and cross-function consensus review to reach a cohesive forecast.
- Develop S&OP process and tools to deliver a >20 percentage points increase in LATAM & Mexico City forecast accuracy by leveraging statistical forecast and effective S&OP process.
- Key contributor to annual operating plan by establishing volume baselines, challenging and building business overlays and translating volume into financial targets.
- Prepare all S&OP Lead HHI LATAM supporting materials.
- Advise sales and marketing team of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actual.
- Coordinate new product introduction in supply planning by setting desired business system planning/demand parameters and initial stocking quantities.
- Assist in development and implementation of key performance metrics for the business.
- Ensure demands are received; variances validated and provide insight to demand evolution
- Prepare and publish KPIs such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, fill rate, and missed opportunities: Gather information from countries and analyze improvements and opportunities.
- SKU rationalization: consolidate and analyze Dx SKU information from countries.
- Sales Forecast consolidation by country and source of supply PSDC or CFC.
Qualifications
- Management methodologies and supply chain optimization.
- Role includes extensive data mining and spreadsheet analysis - strong mathematical and analytical abilities.

- Team leader and Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business required.
- 5 to 7 years of prior experience in Supply Chain S&OP or Demand Planning
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting methods and tools
- SAP skills required, advanced level preferred.
- Microsoft office advanced (advanced Excel, Power Point and Power BI)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Knowledge of how to run reports and ability to prepare PPT presentations for regional meetings (LATAM & Mexico city).
- Understanding of hardware industry is a plus
