KAM – Strategic Telecom Service Provider
We are seeking a Strategic Key Account Manager to lead the commercial relationship with a national telecommunications service provider, managing a portfolio of broadband access and networking solutions including residential routers, switches, gateways, and customer-premises connectivity equipment.
This role will play a critical part in strengthening long-term positioning within a high-volume enterprise environment, supporting large-scale deployment initiatives and driving sustainable growth through strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial relationship with a Tier-1 telecommunications service provider
- Develop growth strategies across product categories such as:
- residential routers
- access switches
- broadband gateways
- CPE devices
- connectivity infrastructure supporting fiber and fixed access deployments
- Identify expansion opportunities aligned with network evolution programs
- Support participation in structured procurement processes and technical evaluations
- Coordinate cross-functional proposal development with engineering and pre-sales teams
- Support product qualification and technical onboarding processes
- Align demand planning with supply chain stakeholders
- Maintain visibility on technology roadmap alignment with customer priorities
- Execute pricing strategies within competitive bidding environments
- Support forecasting activities for large-volume deployments
- Maintain executive-level engagement within the account organization
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Telecommunications Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Systems Engineering
or related technical discipline preferred
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- strategic account management within telecom environments
- broadband access technologies
- networking hardware solutions
- customer-premises equipment (CPE)
- telecom vendor ecosystems
- infrastructure deployment programs
Strong preference for candidates with prior experience working within a large telecommunications operator environment
