Sales Enablement Trainer – Channel & Integrator Ecosystem
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Trainer responsible for strengthening technical-commercial capabilities across internal sales teams and the external partner ecosystem supporting enterprise and SMB networking solutions.
This role will focus on developing structured enablement programs for channel partners and integrators involved in the deployment of switching, wireless infrastructure, and cloud-managed networking environments.
The position plays a key role in accelerating solution adoption, improving positioning effectiveness, and strengthening technical confidence across the indirect sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured technical-commercial training programs
- Support onboarding of internal sales teams on networking solution portfolios
- Train channel partners and certified integrators
- Develop enablement materials including:
- sales presentations
- positioning guides
- competitive comparisons
- solution playbooks
- Support product launch readiness initiatives
- Deliver workshops (virtual and in-person)
- Participate in partner engagement sessions and technical events
- Support opportunity development through technical positioning guidance
- Translate product capabilities into value-based commercial messaging
- Identify capability gaps across the partner ecosystem
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Telecommunications Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Systems Engineering
or related technical discipline
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in:
- networking solution integrators
- technical pre-sales roles
- channel enablement environments
- partner-facing technical support
- solution positioning activities
- networking infrastructure deployments
Strong preference for candidates with prior experience working within integrator organizations supporting enterprise networking portfolios
Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
