Important transnational company in Argentina, is looking for its next Integration Lead. This company provides life, accident and health insurance, credit insurance, annuities, and savings products for individuals and groups in nearly 50 countries and is the largest life insurer in the United States.
The next Integration Lead will owns and establish the integration strategy and leverages it to help expand digital channels, both internal and external to the company. This Integration Lead also reviews the people process around the integration technology to refine operations alongside the integration. The Integration Lead has a strong understanding of APIs, the mechanics of how data moves, and how to leverage existing technology or onboard new technology to enable best fit integrations. Is an expert in iPaaS to help facilitate integrations. They have the breadth of right technology expertise.
Tech Skills:
- PaaS Cloud Design in Azure (or AWS/GCP)
- Hybrid Cloud design patterns
- Infrastructure design (high level)
- API Access patterns (AuthZ/AuthN)
- RESTful API design
- API Management products
- Microservices architecture
- Containerization (Docker, K8s)
- Hands-on coding experience (Java preferable)
- Strong handle of design for scalability
- Reliability and performance
- Visio or similar design tools
Understands big picture of integration design and value proposition in terms of business cases. Thorough understanding of API security and best practices to advise Integration Designers on roadmap.
Soft/other Skills:
Exceptional communicator - works with multiple global tech leaders and partners, trains and coaches team members; presentation skills for leadership communications
