Role Purpose
We are looking for a bold and visionary leader to join the commercial team, servicing key clients around Americas. As Sales & Operations Director, you will own the full scope of the sales and operations team, leading over a lot of employees, managing a P&L, and driving excellence across other teams. This role is about more than operations; it’s about building a culture of performance, strengthening airline partnerships, and setting the standard for service and innovation in our industry.
This role requires a leader who is not only strategic but also hands-on, present on the floor, engaged with teams, and deeply involved in day-to-day execution to ensure operational excellence at every level. You will inspire through visibility, guide through action, and partner closely with employees to deliver results in a complex, high-stakes environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of senior management and operations leadership experience, ideally within large-scale, complex production or service environments.
- Proven experience leading teams in the hospitality industry or related (hotels).
- Proven track record of successfully leading operations at scale, preferably in multi-site or highly complex single-site environment
