Commercial Manager
A global consumer goods company is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the distributor and wholesale channel across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. This role is key to driving strategic growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for the distributor channel.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying needs and shaping solutions.
- Lead and motivate a team of 10, fostering collaboration and performance.
- Manage the full product catalog for distributors and wholesalers.
- Drive KPIs related to prospecting, leadership, volume, and profitability.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams across multiple regions.
- Support long-term growth initiatives, including expansion projects and new production facilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial management within distributor/wholesale channels.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Ability to lead client conversations and build long-term partnerships.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce.
- Advanced Spanish; English desirable (not mandatory).
- Availability to travel across Mexico.
- Knowledge of HoReCa and distributor networks.
