MKT Manager

A leading global hospitality group is looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in Saint James, Jamaica, with full ownership of regional hotel marketing plans and brand experience execution.

In this role, you will:
✨ Lead and execute hotel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (Occupancy, ADR, GRI and ancillary revenues).
✨ Act as the guardian of brand concepts and ensure they are seamlessly embedded into the guest journey.
✨ Design and deliver meaningful brand experiences aligned with a strong commitment to responsible tourism.
✨ Oversee content across all channels: website, social media, in-hotel messaging, campaigns and activations.
✨ Coordinate photoshoots, visual storytelling, PR initiatives, influencer stays and local media activations.
✨ Track performance, measure results and continuously optimize initiatives at destination level.
✨ Lead brand audits, mystery guest programs and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
