Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in SaaS sales and experience ideally in Sales & Distribution working for companies in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the full SaaS sales cycle, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:


As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, pursuing these opportunities, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships while exploring new channels for growth. Your ability to manage complex SaaS sales cycles will be crucial in this role as you present to C-suite executives and negotiate terms. Collaborating with internal teams such as product, marketing, and presales will be essential to align business objectives with partnership strategies. Furthermore, your keen eye for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) will help measure the success of partnerships, business development initiatives, and revenue generation.


* Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with key CPG clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Focus on 'hunting' new clients and markets, expanding the company’s footprint in the assigned territory.
* Drive business development initiatives by establishing new channel and strategic partnerships to fuel growth.
* Oversee and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and alignment with strategic goals.
* Implement initiatives that contribute directly to revenue growth and identify new avenues to expand market impact.
* Execute a comprehensive sales and partnership strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* Effectively manage complex SaaS sales cycles, including prospecting, presenting to C-suite executives, and negotiating terms.
* Work closely with product, marketing, and presales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and partnership strategies.
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships, business development, and revenue initiatives.


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Sales Executive role will bring a wealth of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles. You will have worked within the CPG industry, ideally in Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Supply Chain roles. Your strong background in partner management and go-to-market strategies will be invaluable in this role. Proficiency with CRM tools and experience with revenue forecasting and sales reporting are essential. Your leadership and relationship management skills will enable you to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with the ability to travel up to 50% as required by the role.


* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles.
* Experience working in the CPG industry in Sales&Distribution (ideally), Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Supply Chain roles.
* Strong background in partner management and go-to-market strategies.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and experience with revenue forecasting and sales reporting.
* Strong leadership and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives during sales cycle.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Ability to travel up to 50% as required by the role.
