Your deep understanding of the Mexican market, coupled with your proficiency in multi-channel marketing fundamentals, will be critical in driving our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive multi-channel growth strategy that encompasses paid marketing, organic social, partnerships, PR, lifecycle marketing, affiliate programs, and product growth.

• Strategize, build, optimize, and scale Paid Social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and more. Create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the Mexican audience and drive engagement.

• Utilize your first-hand experience in high-growth consumer-focused technology companies to provide insights and strategies tailored to the Mexican market.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with teams across different time zones to ensure cohesive execution of the growth plan.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of key metrics and concepts including ROAS, payback models, incrementality, retention, and attribution to measure and enhance campaign performance.

• Embrace an experimental and learning mindset, making informed decisions.

• Exhibit a self-leadership mentality, thriving in a rapidly changing environment with evolving priorities, and taking ownership of projects both large and small.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a growth marketer, with a proven track record in paid and organic channels.

• Strong expertise in strategizing, building, optimizing, and scaling Paid Social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

• Deep understanding of the Mexican market through first-hand experience in high-growth consumer-focused technology companies, preferably in the technology sector.

• Proficiency in multi-channel marketing fundamentals including ROAS, payback models, incrementality, retention, and attribution.

• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, collaborating effectively with teams across different time zones.

• Experience managing budgets of $1M+ efficiently while maintaining a focus on key priorities.

• Fluent in English(written and spoken).
