About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end recruitment delivery across a variety of business areas. This role requires a strategic and operational focus, working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes while maintaining an exceptional candidate and client experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job approval through to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with Internal Mobility, Direct Sourcing, Coordination, Onboarding, and Vendor teams to deliver a seamless recruitment process
  • Conduct requirement meetings to align on role expectations, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform hiring decisions and set stakeholder expectations
  • Promote internal referrals and direct sourcing to optimize hiring channels and reduce vendor reliance
  • Screen, shortlist, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a high standard of candidate experience throughout
  • Conduct HR interviews with final-stage candidates and manage the offer process in line with company policy
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal recruitment processes, data integrity standards, and service level agreements


What are we looking for in the right candidate?

  • Extensive experience in direct recruitment within a multinational or matrixed business environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships concurrently
  • Strong communication, advisory, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
  • Comfortable operating in a process-driven, service-level-oriented recruitment model
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
