In this role of Hr Business Partner Manager you will report to the Director of the area and will have a significant amount of exposure, not only nationally, but also internationally. As a Manager in the business you will be expected to contribute not only to the execution, but also to the design of the HR strategy across the business.
To be successful in this role, you can't be afraid of change. The business is expanding rapidly and you will be tasked with leading the changes across the business and ensuring that others are prepared and on board.
The responsibilities of the role of HR Business Partner Manager will include:
- Map out and implement processes in relation to organisational change
- Ensure the business has a clearly defined diversity strategy, and that this is implemented by all of the business units
- Proactively partner with the leaders of the business units to ensure that their HR needs are identified and met.
- Work hand in hand with the HR and Recruitment teams to develop strategy and create strong succession plans
- Build short, medium and long terms plans for the development and training of talent
- Support in the review of pay and benefits
- Maintain accurate records to ensure that HR decisions can be taken quickly
- Managing a team
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience and characteristics
- Prior experience working as a HR Business Partner or in a HR Generalist role
- Prior experience managing a team
- Experience working in a fast moving business such as media, retail, technology, or digitally focused businesses
- Able to demonstrate their ability to quickly build relationships and influence stakeholders at a senior level
- Strong experience in talent management and recruitment
- Be a specialist, or have a passion for the areas of diversity and inclusion
- Be solutions focused.
