We are looking for the next Sales Manager - Central America for an international transport and retail company based in Mexico City. This position will be in charge of the development and communication of the commercial strategy for a continuously growing company, focusing it's skills as a link between a global strategy and the local implementations in Central America.
The Sales Manager - Central America position will be responsible for the development and execution of the growth and business development strategy for the company in the region. This professional will work hand-to-hand with Head Quarters in order to align the global strategy to the local needs in each of the operating countries while developing and enhancing the relationship with the main distributor for the company in Central America.
We are searching for a professional with strong analytical and communicational skills that will be able to function as the strategist behind the sales operations for the country leading the expected growth for Central America.
Advanced spoken and written English skills are a requirement, as this position will be in daily communications with Head Quarters.
Experience working directly with retailers in Mexico & Central America is also a must as we are looking for someone that can be able to develop, implement, and supervise commercial strategies with them.
An MBA and a technical (finance or Engineering) academical background are highly desirable for this position as this will help to lesser the technical learning curve for the product of this company.
