Position Purpose

Lead the finance and administration function for the Mexican operation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, sound administrative controls, compliance with corporate policies, and reliable financial information to support business decisions.

The role will oversee the country's financial performance while partnering closely with senior leadership to strengthen the organizational structure and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance Business Partner to the Country Manager.
• Lead the finance and administration function for the Mexican operation.
• Coordinate monthly closing, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze P&L performance, financial deviations and business results.
• Consolidate financial information from multiple projects and operations.
• Oversee Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Billing and Administrative activities.
• Coordinate external tax advisors and collaborate with the global Legal function.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls and international policies.
• Drive process improvements and organizational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the local finance team.
• Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders.
