Accounting Manager

• Oversee accounting operations for both U.S. and Mexico entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with local and corporate standards
• Ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP and Mexican accounting regulations (NIF), including timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage cross-border financial processes, ensuring consistency between U.S. and Mexico operations
• Act as a key point of contact for U.S. finance stakeholders, supporting corporate reporting and requirements
• Ensure proper handling of tax and statutory obligations in both jurisdictions
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors and advisors in the U.S. and Mexico

• Strong understanding of business operations and financial processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
