Technical Accountant
At Robert Walters, we are collaborating with a fast-growing, private equity-backed company that provides leading practice management software for the mental health sector, helping organizations streamline everything from administrative processes to clinical care. As part of their continued expansion in Mexico, they are looking for a Senior Technical Accountant to join their corporate team and play a key role in strengthening their financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure accurate, timely financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, delivering high-quality insights
- Apply US GAAP principles in day-to-day accounting and technical analysis
- Support a high-growth environment, contributing to financial scalability and valuation
- Collaborate closely with US-based teams, ensuring effective cross-border communication
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls
- Work with financial systems such as NetSuite and Coupa
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Mandatory Big 4 experience
- Strong expertise in US GAAP and US accounting
- Solid background in general ledger and financial reporting
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments (Private Equity exposure is a plus)
- Advanced English with strong communication skills
