Finance Manager
A global metal‑mechanic manufacturer, specializing in high‑precision components for critical automotive systems, is seeking a Finance Manager to drive plant‑level financial performance and partner closely with operations. This highly execution‑focused role requires a hands‑on finance leader who works close to manufacturing, enforces financial discipline, and manages multi‑plant complexity.
The Finance Manager will serve as the financial leader for a multi‑plant metal‑mechanic manufacturing operation, owning all aspects of financial management including general accounting, treasury, fixed assets, CAPEX, and financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in driving financial discipline, supporting operational decision‑making, and partnering closely with plant leadership and corporate stakeholders.

Financial Leadership
- Lead all finance and accounting activities across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Prepare and present financial results, analysis, and insights to senior management.
- Ensure strong financial governance and internal controls across the organization
Accounting, Treasury & Fixed Assets
- Oversee general accounting, statutory compliance, and coordination with external auditors.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, payments, collections, and banking relationships.
- Own fixed assets management, including capitalization, depreciation, physical controls, and reconciliations.
CAPEX & Investment Management
- Lead CAPEX planning, budgeting, tracking, and approval processes.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to evaluate investment proposals.
- Track ROI and post‑investment performance of capital projects.
Manufacturing & Multi‑Plant Finance
- Act as a key finance partner to plant management and operations teams.
- Provide financial support to metal‑mechanic manufacturing processes, ensuring cost discipline and operational efficiency.
- Support initiatives related to productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate finance specialization is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance roles within metal‑mechanic, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong background in general accounting, treasury, fixed assets, and CAPEX.
- Proven experience supporting multi‑plant operations.
- Prior exposure to plant‑level or operational finance roles.
Technical Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
- Advanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of IFRS or US GAAP.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
