What you'll do:

As Plant Manager in San Luis Potosí, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the direction of one of the region’s most important automotive manufacturing facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve balancing hands-on operational oversight with high-level strategic planning. • Minimum 15 years’ experience within automotive manufacturing environments demonstrating progressive responsibility across multiple functions.
• At least 6 years’ proven success leading large-scale manufacturing plants as Plant Manager or General Manager overseeing more than 950 employees.
• Demonstrated experience managing operations with revenues exceeding USD $250M including full ownership of plant profit and loss statements.
• Deep understanding of program management principles including successful product launches within complex industrial settings.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing practices as well as world-class operational excellence frameworks tailored to automotive industry standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive quality systems alongside robust familiarity with manufacturing management systems.
• Proven track record in capacity planning, risk management strategies, industrial safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
