TA Business Partner (Hybrid Talent Management Advisor)

Function
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner / Talent Management Advisor, you will act as a key partner to business leaders, driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with our organisational goals for your region as well as delivery of the Talent initiatives and training.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of requisitions, managing the full end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, HR and external partners
- Proactively network and engage in the local market to identify and build talent pipelines
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and preferences and align hiring demand to their workforce plans
- Provide credible and consultative advice and candidate market intel to the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Support the business with the development of job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategies. Review CV’s and applications to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience
- Develop and conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and facilitate the selection process, providing advice and guidance to the business leaders as required
- Support hiring managers with interview processes where required
- Liaise with hiring managers and HR to ensure offer process and onboarding processes are smooth and best in class
- Lead on local community engagement or careers fair events and PR initiatives in conjunction with the business and local marketing teams
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all positions. Utilise external and internal data insights to provide market intelligences, trends and analysis to support the development of hiring strategies for the business
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, identifying opportunities to drive improvements where necessary to enhance the process
- Stay updated with market trends, industry news, and talent demands
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system or recruitment database. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
Talent Management Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver talent and training programmes across diverse businesses, geographies, and functions relating to all talent matters
- Collaborate and liaise with Talent Management Business Partners on the design and delivery of training
- Support with the design and implementation of Career pathways across the business
- Deliver business relevant, future focused and insightful content for learning and development programmes – Good to greats/Masterclass/Management Development/Core training /Recruitment Skills/ CRM induction training/Onboarding
- Support junior team members with administrative and logistical needs
- Ability to understand the challenged, context and expectations of the leader(s) when working along relevant stakeholders
- Conduct post intervention check-in calls to understand its impact, emerged reflections as well as what went well and what could be improved; using this qualitative and quantitative data to come up with developmental solutions
- Update and push relevant content on the LMS on an ongoing manner
- Support in the implementation of Corner Stone as the LMS and platform to manage performance, succession etc
- Deliver training (and refreshers) on technical tools such as Zenith, Power BI, Profile, Learning Hub, SharePoint, Unified Comms & Basic Microsoft tools
- Run roll out sessions for new product/features across the business.
- Test new features to explore business use
Local requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition managing the full end to end lifecycle or front office consultant/recruitment role
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: The ability to collaborate and build relationships with senior leaderships, hiring managers, cross-functional teams, HR, leadership, and external partners
- Extensive proficiency with proactive sourcing and talent community development
- Ability to think commercially and strategically, developing solutions to complex talent acquisition challenges
- Experience of delivering end-to-end employee development solutions that includes needs analysis, design, delivery of executive and leadership development, management development and wider learning and development programmes, talent analytics, high impact learning programmes, performance management, succession planning and career development
- Ability to think laterally and recommend creative and workable solutions
- Digital literacy – proficient in the utilisation of technology to drive efficiencies, continuous improvement and increase the impact of TA across the business
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
