Leadership in Tax: Diversity & Inclusion in Tax, Breakfast Roundtable - Wednesday 13th March 2019

Joining us were three guest speakers: Rhonda Martin (Regional Director at the Center for Creative Leadership), Kieron O’Reilly (Employer Engagement Manager at the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion) and Liese Lord (Founder at The Lightbulb Tree) – who gave us knowledge and practical insights into achieving a diverse and inclusive workforce for the tax sector in a changing economic landscape.

Vulnerability in Leadership: Panel Event - Thursday 7th March 2019

We were delighted to have hosted an expert panel of five professionals from various backgrounds, who shared their thoughts and experiences on the Imposter Syndrome, how your biggest disaster could lead to your greatest opportunity and how we can give more women the confidence when returning to the workplace. We were joined by Mary Kaye (Partner at Shakespeare Martineau LLP), Chiz Onuora (COO - Finance at HSBC), Pam Rowland (COO at Paragon Banking Group), Helen Lumb (CFO at Shire Leasing) and Roger Dix (CRO at Wesleyan).
