Maintenance Coordinator

Objective: Responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, collaborating closely with manufacturing and production coordinators to ensure optimal operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the effective execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on stations, tooling, and/or fixtures.

• Lead initiatives to reduce downtime and maximize equipment efficiency in alignment with OEE targets.

• Ensure full compliance with quality management systems.

• Guarantee adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental policies for both equipment and maintenance personnel.

• Promote BPS (Business Process System) principles and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team.

• Support new product launches and process changes via Track & Release or the designated platform.

• Efficiently manage maintenance resources.

• Monitor and continuously improve maintenance cost per unit.

• Mentor and develop team members within the area of responsibility.

• Ensure electrical safety in production areas and oversee the implementation of 5S standards in maintenance-related processes and zones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
