What you'll do:
As a Facilities Manager, your role will be pivotal in managing both the technical aspects of our facilities as well as coordinating with various stakeholders. Your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in place for our operations to run smoothly. You'll also be responsible for managing third-party providers, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations. Your ability to adapt corporate guidelines to local regulations will be crucial in maintaining compliance across all our locations. Additionally, you'll play a key role in monitoring energy consumption and implementing cost-saving measures.
* Manage facilities services in stores, including technical maintenance, store image maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
* Ensure all work performed within the space is done with high quality and without impact to internal/external customers.
* Coordinate daily with third-party providers ensuring compliance with contracted SLAs.
* Manage store requests and order process to suppliers, including receiving quotes and validating invoices.
* Administer the budget and ensure profitability.
* Develop and supervise suppliers to ensure service quality.
* Adapt the scope of maintenance services defined at corporate level to local regulations, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
* Monitor energy efficiency consumption minimising costs.
* Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this Facilities Manager position brings a wealth of experience in facility management, particularly within the retail or fashion industry. You possess strong technical acumen coupled with excellent negotiation skills. Your service-oriented approach, combined with your ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships, sets you apart. You are comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment and have a proven track record in similar roles. Your educational background in engineering, along with advanced electrical or mechanical certifications, equips you with the knowledge necessary for this role. Proficiency in MS Office and experience using maintenance software (GMAO) is highly valued. Fluency in English is essential, and Spanish language skills. You must be willing to travel as required.
* Experience in Facility Management, preferably specialised in the retail and/or fashion industry.
* Technical profile with negotiation skills, service-oriented, team player with good relational skills.
* Used to working in a dynamic and international environment.
* University degree, preferably in Engineering.
* Advanced electrical or mechanical certifications (a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline is also accepted).
* Competent in MS Office.
* Experience using maintenance software (GMAO) is valued.
* At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
* High level of English is essential.
* Availability to travel.
* Experience in supplier management.
