Business Developer Manager (Systems Integrators Market)
Location: * Mexico City * Guadalajara * Monterrey (One position per city) Reports to: Commercial Director / Business Unit Manager A multinational company, global leader in connectivity and smart technology solutions for residential and commercial environments, is looking to hire three Business Developer Managers to join its Video Surveillance Division. Each role will be focused on developing the business within the systems integrator channel in their respective region.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the commercial strategy to position a high-quality video surveillance product line among security systems integrators.

Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with new integrators, specialized distributors, and strategic partners.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales follow-up.

Provide technical-commercial support to integrators during bidding processes and project implementation.

Coordinate product presentations, training sessions, and field support with internal pre-sales and marketing teams.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums related to security and technology.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development within the video surveillance, telecommunications, or electronic security industry.

Strong background working with system integrators, consultants, or value-added distributors.

Solid technical understanding of video surveillance solutions: CCTV, IP cameras, NVR, VMS, video analytics, etc.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).

Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Monthly gross salary between $40,000 and $50,000 MXN, negotiable in exceptional cases.
